Production Accountant

The candidate must be able to fill the role of production account for shows during pre and post-production. This includes managing personnel costs, accounting related to suppliers, and project-related financial statements.

The candidate must possess the skills to assist the manager in providing accurate and timely reporting on shows upon their completion. The candidate should have the necessary expertise for researching and analyzing cost accounts and providing guidance on their management to administrative personnel.

Additionally, the candidate is required to have a good understanding of budget management and related settlements within the production of shows with international artists and agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the manager with administrative and production support
• Oversee day-to-day activities related to accounting
• Prepare and supervise the most complex scheduled activities and their supporting documentation
• Analyse production expenses and those related to development while simultaneously recording allocations (if necessary)
• Work with the legal and commercial team and review production contracts to understand timing and payment amounts to ensure timely payments for production project

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
• Ability to manage settlements with international artists

• Adaptability
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Availability to travel nationally
