Ian Fintak joins new agency 33 & West

Experienced booking agent Ian Fintak, formerly of the Agency Group, ICM, Paradise Artists and, most recently, the Kirby Organization, has joined 33 & West as an international agent, bringing acts including Devo, Rickie Lee Jones and the Original Wailers to the fledgling LA agency.

According to the agency, Fintak (pictured) will, along with representing his own acts internationally, also help take 33 & West’s other clients overseas. The company was founded in June 2018 by agents Matt Pike, JJ Cassiere and Dan Rozenblum, whose acts include DMX, Insane Clown Posse, Dead Kennedys and Dance Gavin Dance.

“Ian’s expertise and experience adds a new dynamic to our company”

“I couldn’t be more excited about joining 33 and West,” Fintak tells Pollstar. “I think the company is a fantastic, competitive full-service talent agency with a strong foundation, and a ‘we, not me’ philosophy embedded at their core. [I’m] looking forward to rolling my sleeves up, getting to work and contributing to the team.”

Cassiere adds: “Ian’s expertise and experience adds a new dynamic to our company. We look forward to really pushing that element and continuity to make our agency the place for artists of all genres.”
