Live Nation acquires Hall & Oates manager Wolfson
Live Nation has bolstered its Artist Nation management division with the acquisition of Jonathan Wolfson’s Wolfson Entertainment.
In its fourth acquisition or equivalent in 2018, the concert giant has swooped for the company, which represents Hall & Oates, Loverboy, Nelson and Down North, reports Variety.
“This is a great opportunity for the artists on my roster, and it’s very exciting to join the impressive Live Nation team,” says Wolfson. “I’m grateful to Michael Rapino for bringing us into the fold, and we look forward to a long, successful partnership.”

Wolfson started his career as a publicist with Solters, before launching his own Wolfson Public Relations company, which morphed into Wolfson Entertainment. He took over management of Hall & Oates in 2009.
The duo head out on a co-headline North America arena tour with Train, promoted by Live Nation, this summer.
Through Artist Nation and other management companies in which it has a stake, Live Nation employs more than 140 artist managers worldwide.
