The International Ticketing Yearbook is an annual guide to the global live entertainment ticketing business.
The fourth edition of the International Ticketing Yearbook (ITY) is now live online, providing detailed analysis and insight for the live entertainment ticketing business in key territories around the world.
The ITY was established by IQ in response to a lack of available data about the vibrant ticketing business. As with previous editions, the 2018 book includes profiles on the ticketing sector in more than 40 countries, including, for the first time, specific profiles on the likes of Chile, Hungary, Kazakhstan and New Zealand. Each national profile examines the main primary ticketing companies, secondary ticketing operations, distribution of sales, typical taxes and charges and cultural traits unique to each country.
We hope that you find ITY 2018 useful. Work on the 2019 yearbook will begin in a few months’ time and we are always looking to expand our international reach, as well as feature more ticketing operations around the world. As a result, we welcome suggestions and submissions for inclusion in the yearbook, so that we can deliver what we hope is becoming the go-to annual for anyone interested in international live event ticketing.
