An online directory of 530+ arenas is here
The arrival of The Arena Kuwait last year put the country on the live touring map, having lacked a major entertainment venue prior to its grand opening in March 2022.
The 5,000-capacity, multipurpose, all-seater venue, which has hosted a variety of A-list Arabic artists since its inception, has already welcomed Amr Diab and Mohammed Abdo this year, and is the largest indoor arena of its kind in the newly emerging market.
Situated in Al Zahra’s 360 Mall, less than a 20-minute drive from the country’s eponymous capital city, it aims to be a flexible hub for all forms of live entertainment, featuring a customisable “Black Canvas” – a retractable seating system – that will suit a variety of event types including music gigs, family shows, theatre, comedy, sports, corporate events, consumer expos, and much more.
Additionally, The Arena Kuwait has a 300-tonne rigging grid, 20m floor-to-ceiling clearance, extensive back-of-house infrastructure, and considerable F&B options.
