Our Head of Touring (Live) position at Untitled Group may be exactly what you are looking for.

Reporting to the Managing Partner, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our live touring strategies, collaborating closely with artists, and ensuring all aspects of live touring are operating efficiently, seamlessly, and effectively to consistently deliver an expectational live touring experience.

You are an expert in executing strategy and managing day-to-day operations with complex and ever-changing demands. Your communication skills are superb and are second nature to you. You have an established reputation within the industry bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience and previously developed relationships to Untitled Group. You know how to deliver top quality service and build strong, authentic relationships and networks.  You  are equipped with the tools designed for navigating and reporting on finances, logistics, risk assessments and compliance. You know how to lead, coach, and motivate team members and thrive in a collaborative environment. You love touring and all the benefits it delivers to communities.

HERE’S WHERE YOU’LL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME:

  • Executing live touring strategies for talent across the Untitled Group roster.
  • Identifying and negotiating with top tier artists for touring strategies and Untitled Group events.
  • Facilitating effective communications across touring operations and with other stakeholders.
  • Developing strategies for arena and stadium touring for our roster of talent.
  • Responsible for developing and managing all aspects of a tour.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with Agents and Managers.
  • Developing in-depth Artist Research reports to present Touring and Talent Director.
  • Working with JV partners on touring strategies to develop joint roster.
  • Maintaining a strong promoter pipeline.
  • Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure marketing materials, promotions and touring operations are effective.
  • Actively contributing to new business ideas, goals, and opportunities.
  • Acting as the point of contact for artists to promptly resolve any issues that arise.
  • Overseeing high level venue and contract negotiation with venue teams.
  • Evaluating event success and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Managing, leading and inspiring teams to support the successful execution of touring events and operations.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the industry.
  • Monitoring, managing, and reporting on budgets, finances, operations, and all other relevant matters.
  • Monitoring and ensuring contractual and legal compliance across touring functions.
  • Developing tour itineraries and logistics in collaboration with the Managing Partner and other relevant parties.
