Mission:

As a key member of our team in the region, you’ll take a hands-on approach to navigate the market landscape, strengthen existing relationships, and build on the foundation we’ve established. Representing Tixel, you will be our ambassador in the industry, proudly championing our brand and vision as we continue to grow.

The gig:

  • Driving our market strategy and ensuring we continue to stand out in the live events space.
  • Proactively engage with event organisers, including festivals, venues, artists, and promoters, to build trusted, long-term partnerships. Demonstrate the value of Tixel and deepen relationships that deliver ongoing growth.
Actively prospect and generate a pipeline of new business opportunities, leveraging your industry network to drive growth.
  • Establish and nurture strong technical and commercial relationships with primary ticketing partners, ensuring these partnerships deliver long-term value and set Tixel up for success.
  • Lead negotiations and create commercial structures for deals that align with Tixel’s business goals, ensuring we continue to grow our presence and impact in the UK market.
  • Actively represent Tixel at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, promoting our brand and building valuable connections.
  • Work closely with the Partner Success team to ensure our partners are getting the most value out of Tixel, hitting forecasts and driving growth.
  • Help shape and contribute to the commercial strategy for the UK, identifying the best opportunities for growth and aligning them with our wider business objectives.

Skills:

  • Know the Events Landscape: You’re already plugged into the UK music and events scene. You can navigate conversations with key players and know how to build relationships that last. Having an existing network is a big plus.
  • Resilience and Tenacity: You’re the kind of person who thrives under pressure. Challenges don’t faze you – you tackle them head-on and come out stronger. You’ve got grit, and you know how to get things done.
  • Commercial Smarts: You’ve got a knack for spotting business opportunities and turning them into win-win deals. You understand the ins and outs of commercial agreements and know how to structure deals that benefit both Tixel and our partners.
  • Creative and Entrepreneurial Spirit: You see Tixel as more than just a job – it’s your chance to get creative and think outside the box. You’re always looking for new ways to drive growth, whether that’s through unconventional sales channels or unique partnerships.
  • Hands-On Approach: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details. Whether it’s finding leads or fostering relationships, you’re right there making it happen.
  • Leadership and Management: You’ve got what it takes to lead, even if it’s a small team. You can motivate, guide, and make sure everyone’s moving in the same direction. You care about the people you work with and know how to bring out the best in them.
