Some call it HR, here at DICE we call it the People Team – we’re passionate about finding, growing and developing our amazing people at DICE. As a Talent Coordinator, you’ll play a proactive and cross-functional role working with all teams.

We’re looking for a Talent Coordinator who will take charge of all our coordination efforts to help scale our awesome teams. We’re recruiting globally across the entire business, spanning from software engineering and UX development through to brand partnerships and account management.

We’re on the lookout for a highly organised, adaptable, people person to support our recruitment efforts and expansion. You will be the first point of contact for anyone applying to DICE and responsible for ensuring that all DICE candidates feel valued and receive an incredible candidate experience from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating diaries across calendars and internal recruitment systems (ATS)
  • Organising meetings efficiently while ensuring that meeting rooms are available
  • Meet candidates before their interview when they come onsite
  • Think quickly on your feet to trouble-shoot unexpected issues or challenges
  • Provide structured updates to the team on completed interview bookings
  • Deliver phenomenal candidate care and experience
  • Schedule interviews with candidates
  • Act as candidate guide for day-long interviews/meetings
  • Maintain internal reports/dashboards on hiring progress
  • Run weekly data reports for the team
  • Support on temporary accommodation for candidates relocating to UK
  • Develop excellent market and commercial awareness of the Music and Live Events industry

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Previous coordination experience, preferably from within an in-house recruitment team
  • You have an extremely high level of attention to detail and are very comfortable with pulling together data for reporting
  • You are excellent at using a recruitment ATS (preferably Greenhouse)
  • You are a team player and you strive for having great collaboration across teams, functions, and locations
  • Adapting to fast-paced environments and growing incredibility quickly
  • Ability to spin multiple plates – not afraid to take on multiple tasks but know how to prioritise to achieve deadlines
  • People skills. You believe in the power of communication and focus on building relationships long term
  • Experienced dealing with sensitive information with the ability to work in a confidential manner
  • High EQ
  • Motivated, exceptionally organised and detail oriented
