The CRM and Ticket Office Manager will join Sunderland Culture as part of a new team for The Fire Station, as we prepare to launch the venue in early 2022.
The role will manage the ticket office and ticket office Customer Service team at The Fire Station and support the Venue Director, Head of Marketing and Communications and Operations Manager in overseeing the efficient development and management of Spektrix – Sunderland Culture’s CRM and ticket office system as well as supporting the approach to ticketed activities and events across other Sunderland Culture venues and programme where appropriate.
The role will be focused on ticket sales and maximising income for The Fire Station events. The post holder will also take lead responsibility for managing The Fire Station’s relationship with third party ticket agencies and promoters and work collaboratively with the Marketing and Sales Coordinator on a data driven approach to generating ticket sales.
The role will also include training and line managing ticket office Customer Service team and providing and ensuring excellent front-facing customer service. While this role will be based at and focussed on The Fire Station, occasional work to support wider campaigns at other Sunderland Culture venues may be required from time-to-time.
The successful applicant will need to be a team player and excellent communicator with a flexible approach and proven record of managing CRM/ticket office systems and supporting events on sales and pricing, in a fast-paced performance venue environment.
