The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Security Operations Manager to support the Senior Security Manager in developing, managing and supervising all aspects of security at the Royal Albert Hall. You will assist with leading the organisation in its transition from an event-based security focus to a holistic security outlook that creates a first class security setting in the building and its environment, with the Halls unique customer-service ethos at its heart.

The Person

The successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment and enjoy being active. You will have a proactive approach to health & safety and security, with a real passion and commitment to providing excellent customer service to a wide variety of people and roles. You will also be customer focused with immaculate standards of personal presentation and willing to uphold the Hall’s Vision and Values. We are ideally looking for someone who holds ILM Level 3, NVQ Level 3 in Spectator Safety, First Aid at Work qualification and SIA Door Supervisor.
