We are seeking a detail-focused individual who can play a key role within the growing team. From researching companies and contacts across the business, to raising invoices and credit control, or working on our events and assisting other departments, it’s a varied role with huge potential to grow and specialize in one area.

The role includes:

  • Research across the live music business internationally and managing the company’s CRM system.
  • Credit control, including chasing outstanding payments, and generating invoices
  • Working with the digital team on social media posts and content creation
  • Credit control, including chasing outstanding payments
  • Researching upcoming magazine features and new event ideas
  • Working closely with the production team during our events
  • Assisting the partnership and editorial teams as required
