As Operations Manager for LA, you will be coordinating the new DICE city launches, as well as the successful delivery and execution of partnerships with venues, promoters, artists and brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor your launch city’s metrics and develop actionable insights to improve efficiency and performance, while driving business growth in-line with targets and market opportunity.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to prioritise and develop what’s needed for operational excellence.
  • Make smart decisions based on data and facts, and be resourceful about procuring the right data points from our internal systems and partners.
  • Organise, give direction and follow up business and planning processes and projects.
  • Using data, determine the resources and team headcount required to deliver an effective roll-out of DICE’s market offering.
  • Hustle and problem solve when unexpected issues inevitably arise as we pioneer a rapidly growing, brand-new industry.
  • Work cross-functionally with Fan Support, Account Management, Partner Services, Event Services and Legal to ensure new market operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience in the music and/or live events industry
  • Data obsessed decision-maker – when faced with problems, you embrace the data-driven approach, using the right numbers and metrics to back decisions
  • Strong organisational skills and superb capabilities with managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate and discuss with colleagues across DICE and partners
  • A passion for building valued relationships both internally and with partners
  • A natural leader who has a proven track record of growing teams, leading initiatives within your organisation, and constantly looking to teach and learn from others
  • You are resilient and see failure as a learning opportunity, not to be dwelt on
