IQ, the leading news and content platform for the international live music business, seeks a dynamic advertising sales executive to play a key role within its growing team.

Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, this newly created role stretches across our portfolio of trade publications and events. The position includes:

  • Advertising sales across IQ’s print and digital formats.
  • Sponsorship and advertising sales on our music business events such as the International Festival Forum (IFF) and Event Safety & Security Summit (E3S).
  • Advertising sales on an expanding suite of annual publications covering various sectors of the business.
  • Travel to trade fairs and festivals (both in the UK and abroad) as needed.
  • Working with the sales and editorial teams to launch new products and identify new business.
  • Networking with key executives and influencers within the global concert and festival businesses.

The role is based in our company offices in Kings Cross, and would suit someone with a strong interest in live music; a self-starter able who enjoys traveling internationally and thrives within a team environment.

Suitable candidates will have a minimum of two years proven success within advertising sales at a reputable agency or company. They must also have solid attention to detail and superstar negotiating and communication skills.
