We are seeking a results-driven sales leader with a proven track record in event sponsorship, who has strong relationships with top decision-makers across leading brands.

Join our dynamic team at All Things Live Middle East, where you will play a critical role in bringing top-class entertainment to the region through strategic partnerships and sponsorship deals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and close high-value sponsorship deals for large-scale events.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to form long-term partnerships to support all events within the annual calendar.
  • Lead barter” deals such as hotel sponsorships, media sponsorships, and on-site activations, managing partnerships that go beyond headline sponsorships to create unique value for our events and partners
  • Deliver pitches, presentations, and reports to secure and maintain sponsorships, confidently negotiating contracts that benefit both the client and the business.
  • Work closely with the event production and marketing teams to ensure sponsor objectives are fully integrated into event planning and executed throughout each campaign.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing sponsors and partners, ensuring their needs are met and value is consistently delivered.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years in a senior sales role, with a focus on securing sponsorships within the live entertainment, sports, or events industry.
  • A network of key contacts within top brands and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers.
  • Presentation and communication abilities, with the capability to win over large brands.
  • Demonstrable history of closing significant sponsorship deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • A go-getter mentality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
