International Bookings Coordinator

Great Leap Forward Ltd are looking for an International Bookings Coordinator to work with the Bookings Director.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in the theatre or live entertainment industry, ideally in any of the following areas:  tour booking, producing, programming or general management.  It would also be an advantage to have experience in or familiarity with international touring.

Key attributes for the position are self-motivation; ability to work independently; flexibility and ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving workload; and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Applicants should have a valid UK passport and be based within commuting distance of Glasgow, where the job is based.  The position requires regular national and international travel.

Salary £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience.  The position is full time, requiring at least 3 days in office in Glasgow.
