Eventim UK

We are looking to appoint a Business Development Executive who will play a pivotal role in the growth of the company through new client acquisitions on our fast-growing Eventim Light Platform.

You will identify and approach leads and opportunities in a highly structured way and work within an enthusiastic and collaborative team to share knowledge and results.

Working closely with senior management to shape, develop and implement our B2B strategy, the successful candidate will help grow the business and improve both the customer and client experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities on the Eventim Light Platform
  • Contribute to commercial discussions and create final contracts in conjunction with Managing Director
  • Create internal business cases for Board approval in conjunction with Business Finance Manager
  • Maintain, and report against, the sales pipeline through Salesforce
  • Become knowledgeable about the Eventim Light platform to a high level
  • Generate promotional and marketing collateral for sales pitches and client presentations
  • Foster relationships between clients and the business
  • Attend conferences, networking events and other off-site events as a brand ambassador for EVENTIM

 

Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a pro-active business development role
  • The creation of client specific sales related pitches and presentations
  • Commercial sensibility and business acumen, and an understanding of client commercial deals
  • Strong negotiating skill
  • Strong organisational and troubleshooting skills; with the ability to prioritise time sensitive tasks
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present information to a wide range of audiences

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of, and hands-on experience in, Salesforce
  • Previous experience in the ticketing industry and self-service ticketing platforms.
