EOTR End of the Road Festival

End of The Road Festival is seeking an Accreditation Manager to liaise with all heads of department in order to organise and manage all non-public accreditation including but not limited to festival access, crew catering, parking and accessible lanyards.

Duties will extend into more general administrative support. You will work closely with the Box Office Team and Festival Office team whilst on site. This is a challenging job at the core of the festival that will suit an extremely detail-orientated person.

  • Accreditation Management

  • Ticketing Support
  • Box Office & Wristband Exchange Support
  • General Admin inc. managing calendars, attending meetings, updating key documents, data entry
  • Accessible Support
  • Any other admin or logistic support as required

Experience & Attributes

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with varied teams is essential
  • Confident in setting and keeping deadlines and managing their own workload to a high level
  • You will be a smart, organised individual with a good working knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel
  • Attention to detail is paramount
  • Training to use our Accreditation System, Eventree, will be provided but pre-existing experience using that system will be considered an advantage
  • An affinity for and knowledge of End of The Road Festival is considered desirable.
  • Previous work in the events sector is preferred

 

Start & End Date

  • 11th April – 13th June: 3 days per week
  • 13th June – 25th August: 4 days per week
  • You must be available full time from 25 August – 6 September to work on-site at Larmer Tree Gardens.
  • 6th September – 17th October: 2 days per week

 

Fee

The overall fee for this project is £10,000, including travel expenses to/from the festival site. Payment instalments can be discussed upon application if desired.

You will be given a bed in a caravan for the duration of your days worked on site at the Festival

All meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) will be provided along with some drink tokens.
