The jobholder is responsible for supporting the Entertainment department in terms of managing communications with stakeholders, disseminating information to Entertainment team, prepare offers, manage events finances and providing any required additional support.

 

Responsibilities

Organization

  • Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is
    carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Operational

  • Act as a point of contact for all communications directed to Entertainment team whether
    they are form internal or external stakeholders.
  • Respond to enquiries and accurately filter incoming enquiries, provides routine advice and forward requests/calls/complaints to respective respondents.
  • Draft and issue communications, as requested by Entertainment team, to concerned stakeholders as per received message brief.
  • Prepare offers as they relate to events in line with requirements of Entertainment team and ensure all requests are captured.
  • Consolidate all replies received from offers and prepare a report to be shared with respective respondents.
  • Prepare high-level budget for events in agreement with Entertainment team.
  • Monitor event finances and prepare a Profit & loss for each event.
  • Manage and track petty cash payments of the Entertainment department and report any cases of over spending.
  • Act as a key enabler to the Entertainment team as necessary (i.e. preparing PowerPoint presentations, excel spreadsheets, organizing events…)

Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, or equivalent

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
