The International Live Music Conference (ILMC) are seeking excellent candidates looking to establish a career in the live music industry for this digital marketing work experience opportunity.
The position will cover wide-ranging responsibilities across ILMC, the International Festival Forum (IFF) and also IQ Magazine, including but not limited to, assisting the digital department with a number of projects, updating and maintaining our database systems, assisting with various digital marketing campaigns, website management, extensive research projects, administrative tasks and ad-hoc office duties.
The role is based at our office in Kings Cross and includes remote working.
The right candidate will have an exceptional attention to detail, a great attitude, love of music and want to build a career in the live music business. They will be a fast learner, willing to work hard and be a positive and effective member of our team.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and a high degree of computer literacy is required, as well as a confident telephone manner.
Experience with Photoshop, WordPress, social network page administration is desired, but not essential. Skills will be learnt on-the-job.
Being a small team, the role will offer exposure to many aspects of our business including event management, digital & social media marketing, editorial & press, as well as the opportunity to learn about the live music business.
