About the role

Formed in 2016, Crosstown Concerts has staged over one thousand concerts in the UK. These include arena tours with Snow Patrol, Seasick Steve, Nick Cave, Pixies, The Wombats, and shows with Kano, Lana Del Rey, The Vaccines, Patti Smith, IDLES, White Lies and many more. We are an independent company with an independent spirit. You will be joining our company as an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who is ready to hit the ground running at this exciting time as live music returns.

Job specification:
– Building and managing digital ad campaigns across social platforms and wider partners including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Spotify, Snapchat, TikTok
– Quality assurance and troubleshooting across the full campaign set up; creative formats, delivery, tracking and reporting
– Optimisation, pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver the allocated budget effectively
– Working closely with concert promoters to report performance and deliver campaigns in line with performance targets
– Account management responsibilities and solving campaign issues
– Acting as an optimisation expert for each buying platform used, and regularly advising promoters of additional digital marketing opportunities
– Working closely with the wider business to ensure all internal processes (accounting etc.) are functioning efficiently and as required
– Supporting the Social Media Manager to grow engagement on Crosstown Concerts channels
– Working closely with ticket agencies and external partners to maximise digital marketing support
– Working to build, grow and maintain CRM systems

Candidate qualities:
– At least 2-3 years of digital advertising/marketing experience, ideally within the arts or entertainment business (extremely desirable)
– A passion for live events and the wider music industry
– A proven track record of executing and reporting on digital advertising campaigns
– A deep understanding of the ad buying landscape, including display, mobile and video
– Strong knowledge of a range of digital analytics platforms and relevant audience research tools
– Strong knowledge of CRM and building databases
– Some knowledge of how the live music business operates between agent, promoter, venue, label and management
– Numerate and able to quickly assimilate large amounts of data in excel
– Able to manage multiple projects at once
– Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
