communionone Communion ONE

Communion ONE is a UK leading independent concert promoter operating across the country in grassroots venues, arenas and outdoor venues.

The role will primarily be supporting the Ticketing team with the delivery of live events, from the point of on-sale to show day, ensuring excellent attention to detail and communication with the internal team and externally with clients, venues and ticketing outlets.

You will also support the wider Communion ONE Promoter team with daily administrative live tasks.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant admin and/or ticketing experience within the music industry.

 

Most critically you will be able to tangibly demonstrate that you have the qualities listed below, and a genuine long-term interest in a career in live music:

  • A passion for live music and an affinity with Communion ONE
  • Administrative and/or Ticketing experience from within the music industry
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in high pressure environments
  • Proactivity and initiative, ability to problem solve
  • Highly skilled using Excel, Word
  • Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint preferred
  • Great communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ideally based in London

 

Company wide Responsibilities

  • Maintaining calendar systems
  • Maintaining internal show documents
  • Supporting the team with general office admin

 

Ticketing Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the set-up of shows with venues and ticketing agents
  • Manage reports and collate internal ticket sales
  • Liaise internally and externally with the team and clients in relation to ticket counts and closing off shows

 

This is a full time hybrid working role based in London (3 days in the office, 2 days work from home)
