The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Commercial and Operations Director to maximise our capacity to generate income and to oversee all operational matters, visitor services, health and safety and all capital projects. You will keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to the Board of Trustees.

The ideal candidate must have an entrepreneurial mind-set and strong leadership skills. They must also be a creative strategist with excellent organisational skills and commercial awareness.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving the Roundhouse’s Business Plan by leading a number of capital projects, as well as achieving further growth of our bars, events and hires business, and develop new sources of revenue which make the most of the range of facilities that that Roundhouse has to offer.

The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check, or be willing to undertake one.
