AIF are seeking a new Membership and Operations Coordinator (full time) to assist the Chief Executive Officer with the day-to-day administration and operations of the association.
This is primarily an administrative role and requires a quick learner with solid all-round administrative, organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for general enquiries and correspondence from AIF members and Friends of AIF, proactively assisting the CEO in growing membership and friends of AIF subscriptions and managing the Friends scheme in addition to diary management, collating data arranging mail-outs and managing content on AIF socials and website content updates.
The application deadline is Thursday 3rd Feb at 5pm , with interviews taking place during w/c 7th Feb.
