We are seeking organised and motivated Agents to join our live touring and electronic department.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for music, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in artist representation. Experience in the music industry is essential. We value diversity and encourage applications from underrepresented groups.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Artist Representation: Act as the primary contact and advocate for artists, offering strategic career support.
  • Talent Scouting: Discover new talent through live performances, demos, and networking.
  • Contract Negotiation: Secure favourable terms for record deals, publishing, licensing, and performance contracts.
  • Career Development: Implement strategic career plans, including album releases and tour schedules.
  • Networking: Maintain industry relationships to create opportunities for artists.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets and ensure timely payments.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Touring and Live Performance: Book and manage tour dates, negotiate agreements, and coordinate logistics.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about trends to capitalise on new opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • Passion for live music and the industry.
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills.
  • Business acumen and industry expertise.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.

  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel as needed.
  • Strong work ethic, resilience, and sense of humour.
