The Job: We are looking for someone to join our Touring team at AEG Presents and assist with all aspects of tour administration including tour accounting & reporting.
You’ll work with promoters to build costing for tours and shows within our in-house event budget software, ensuring all events and tours are up to date; support on UK & European tour modelling including requesting venue availability and budgets for routing of tours; and request, collate and compare various offers and Artist earnings and identify from previous shows in the same venues what the revenue and cost variances are.
Whilst assisting in collating venue availability and routing tours; you’ll review Artist contracts & rider requirements; and review & return Venue contracts and prepare settlements, packs and tour summaries in advance of each show (contracts, marketing pack and expense backup) for the Promoter review.
You: We’re looking for someone with an analytical mind and eye for detail, who is a whizz at Excel and likes numbers!
If you previous experience in a similar role that would be advantageous. Ideally we’re looking for someone who has great finance and computer skills and who is able to communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
You must be highly organised and be able to prioritise conflicting priorities whilst staying calm under pressure.
This is a very varied role, where no two days are the same so you need to be adaptable and flexible in you approach and always happy to get stuck in and lend a hand.
When: Interviews will be held on 12 and 13 December 2018 and we’re looking for someone to be able to start with us as soon as possible afterwards.
