indigo at The O2 is a hidden gem inside The O2 (sometimes known as The O2’s little sister!), operated by AEG Presents.

With a capacity of 2,800 it is a perfect venue for music, comedy, TV recordings and corporate events. It is the place of choice for many stars for their after-show parties, or top comedians that like a more intimate experience with their fans.

We’re looking for an Assistant Production Manager to supervise and coordinate the event contracted production companies, staging, seating and labour provision for indigo at The O2.

You’ll provide Production Management show cover as scheduled; oversee the event technical installations and oversee and assist with the operation of the sound, lighting, Video and labour contractors at the venue.

You’ll also assist the Production Manager in all aspects of venue up-keep and Health & Safety in conjunction with site H&S and building services teams.

You’ll have experience in at least one but understand Sound, Lighting, Video & Stage equipment within live events and the capabilities/restrictions of such equipment.

You’ll have experience dealing with contractors and production companies with a commitment to delivering the best and most professional product possible.

You need to be flexible as this role requires varied working hours including late shifts & weekends.

A team player who enjoys working in a high achieving environment, you’ll have a positive attitude and be organised with a good working knowledge of MS Office.

You’ll want to raise the bar in this role, be solutions focused and look for ways to maximise efficiency. We encourage new ideas and innovation.
