AEG Presents

Our AEG Presents Festivals Ticketing team are looking for a Ticketing Manager, who’ll be responsible for the day-to-day ticketing operations across the AEG Presents European Festivals Division.

 

You will:

  • Advance Ticketing Management for AEG European Festivals, including BST Hyde Park, All Points East and Forwards Bristol
  • Work on site at AEG Presents UK Festivals as required, managing ticketing operations
  • Prepare festivals for onsale, including building of festivals on the AEG internal ticketing system, co-ordination, collation and distribution of event information internally and externally to all relevant ticket agents and third parties, managing inventory and working with the Senior Management team to maximise ticket revenue
  • Manage festival presales and onsales, including preparing ticket inventory and reporting sales figures for internal distribution
  • Work with the Senior Ticketing Manager and finance team to develop the festival ticket revenue breakdowns to ensure these are reconciled with ticket agents on a weekly basis
  • Work alongside the Festival Guestlist Manager to co-ordinate all festival internal, sponsor, label and industry buy requests
  • Communicate ticketing timelines to all departments and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Manage any midweek ticketed events from event set-up through to onsite cover, with support from Senior Ticketing Manager
  • Assist with relevant ticketing aspects of Hospitality, Suites, Vouchers and Upsells
  • Manage the Festival Ticketing Intern
  • Liaise with the Guestlist Manager in building and maintaining inhouse Guestlist prior to festivals

 

We’re looking for someone who has relevant ticketing experience in a similar busy live event environment. You’ll be a whizz at using ticketing software and you’ll need to be agile and flexible and able to work during all festivals assigned to you.

You’ll have excellent organisational and time management skills and be able to juggle a multitude of tasks at any one time whilst keeping good attention to detail.

A great communicator, you’ll be able to build good working relationships with lots of different people both inside and outside of AEG.

With good Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel, you’ll be a team player who thrives from working in an high-achieving environment.

You’ll want to raise the bar in this role, be solutions focussed; and love finding out about new digital communication technologies.

Where: You’ll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Blackfriars rail station and Southwark Tube station on the Jubilee line. We offer flexible start and end times. We are also open to and welcome flexible working conversations.
