AEG Presents

We’re looking for a highly motivated and self-starting Production Manager, with experience of being a promoter rep, who can help assist the Head of Production in management of both events and show reps across AEG Presents shows.

  • You’ll assist in training event show reps in advancing and day of show promoter rep activity; book show reps for AEG events and organise cover or extra staffing needs as required; and allocate and track rep engagement with artist touring personnel and the AEG promoter team.
  • You’ll work with promoters to refine budgets by venue / tour and onboard new reps and assist with refining their onboarding process.
  • You’ll cost up riders to support tour offer proposals and tour viability assessments; update the in-house system Alto and resolve issues as required; and support the Promoter and finance department with advance show settlement packs for promoter reps.
  • You’ll also maintaining robust and up to date procedures to our event reps; advancing, cash, insurance / day of show paperwork, final settlements, and communicate these regularly.
  • We’re looking for someone with substantial experience as a Promoter rep, or in a related Music/Event Production role.
  • The work requires a highly methodical and organised approach with a flexible approach and can-do attitude. The role is office based, but may require some advancing and onsite elements including site visits and show work.
  • You’ll be able to build relationships internally and work across several AEG Presents departments and also externally with Promoters and other key stakeholders.
  • You’ll have great knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office and be able to prioritise a changing workload whilst maintaining attention to detail.
