AEG Presents

AEG Presents are looking for an EA to support the leadership team, including CEO, VP & GM and SVP of Promoters.

This role includes, full diary management, and assisting with external meeting diary management and expenses for Leadership Team.

You’ll provide full administration support to the Leadership Team and manage and organise all domestic and overseas travel arrangements and itineraries.

You’ll also organise internal large team meetings and team events/summits from an event management point of view and run th external invitation process and hospitality elements for events such as BST, The Brits, Coachella, Grammys and other external/charitable events.

We’re looking for someone with proven PA and or secretarial experience, including working in a busy office and dealing with all levels of seniority. You’ll have experience in coordinating events and being a brand ambassador.

Well-versed with Microsoft Office 365; you’ll be a whizz at using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Highly organised, with a committed and flexible approach to work, you’ll also be used to working at pace, incredibly organised with a meticulous eye for detail.

You’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong track record in building good working relationships across diverse business areas and functions

Where: You’ll be based at our head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark tube station. We’re currently working 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely. We have flexible start and finish times and welcome flexible working conversations.
