After a great first edition in 2016, the Reeperbahn Festival New York Edition will take place for the second time from 5 to 8 June 2017.

Leading US music organisation A2IM will hold its annual conference – an event that is open only to A2IM members – from 5 to 9 June 2017 in New York. Every year representatives from over 350 independently owned American record labels – labels of all sizes and spanning all musical genres (Merge Records, Daptone Records, Beggars Group, Domino Records, to name just a few) – gather at this conference to develop common strategies and visions.

The US market remains of paramount importance to anyone working in the music sector on the international level – nevertheless, accessing this market is anything but easy. With an eye to facilitating entry for music industry professionals, the Reeperbahn Festival took a proactive role in 2016 with the Reeperbahn Festival New York Edition and has been working in partnership with A2IM Indie Week ever since.
