Eurosonic Noorderslag is a European Music Platform with a proven track record for helping new acts break into the international music scene.

Two showcase festivals (Eurosonic and Noorderslag) let musical talent present themselves to an international audience of music lovers and professionals. Eurosonic is the stepping stone for European acts, taking place in Gronigen’s city centre. Noorderslag presents the best Dutch music and takes place at Gronigen’s De Oosterpoort.

Eurosonic Noorderslag has been responsible for kick-starting the careers of European acts like Ásgeir, Aurora, Bastille, Dotan, Ibeyi, James Blake, Jett Rebel, Hozier, Milky Chance, Royal Blood, Seinabo Sey and Vök.

Selling out each year, Eurosonic‘s international music conference acts as the key exchange and networking platform for European music. The conference attracts over 3,900 delegates, including over 400 international festivals, and the programme features 150 panels, keynote speakers, interviews, workshops, dinners, pitches, parties and meetings on the latest developments in the international music, media, production and interactive industry.

Alongside the conference runs the European Production Innovation Conference (EPIC). EPIC is entirely focused on innovation at festivals and venues, and offers three days of discussions, presentations of products and new ideas.
