  • Planning and hosting meetings with clients, managing expectations for project delivery.
  • Budgeting and accounts, supporting bookkeeping, debtor control and paying invoices on time.
  • Assisting with recruitment & selection and employee development, including arranging monthly/annual reviews and identifying training requirements.
  • Supporting the CEO with any ad hoc duties in a consultative manner.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to put sustainability at the heart of all decisions, an ambassador for a greener future.
  • Outstanding organization skills, experienced in working with time constraints and implementing changes quickly when required.
  • Previous people management, with strong ability to maintain confidence and lead by example.
  • Previous background, or strong interest in events, music, sport, and culture.
