Issue 93 of IQ Magazine, the latest in the magazine’s new monthly, digital-only format, reveals who the global live music industry has named as the brightest young executives of 2020.

The New Bosses 2020 marks the return of IQ’s annual celebration of 12 future industry leaders, whose colleagues around the world voted in their hundreds to nominate them as the most promising 30-and-unders working in the business today.

The class of 2020 is a diverse one, comprising promoters, bookers, agents, A&Rs and production experts – all of whom are making a real difference in their respective sectors while weathering the strangest, most challenging year for live music in living memory. Keep an eye on the IQ site in the days and weeks ahead for in-depth profiles and interviews with all this year’s New Bosses.

Elsewhere in the October issue of IQ, we wrap up the recent Interactive Festival Forum (iFF) with a full post-event report, while export office SoundCzech takes us on a journey through the Czech music scene, shining a light on some of the country’s hottest new acts.

That’s in addition to the regular news analysis, comment pieces by industry pros, new agency signings and much more, most of which will appear online in some form in the next month.
