Amsterdam-based independent full music service Agents After All has appointed Norbert Plantinga to the new role of managing director.

Plantinga joins Agents After All from Sony Music Benelux, where he held the position of marketing director. He previously worked as managing director Before at Universal Music.

Agents After All co-founder Lesley Grieten says the company has experienced “continual growth over the years”.

“We now need someone who can guide our organisation and who can make it stronger.”

The company’s other co-founder, Coen ter Wolbeek, says Platinga “is the man who can bring our company to the next phase.”

“Plantinga is the man who can bring our company to the next phase”

“He [Plantinga] is great match for our company and on top of that he will bring both his local and international network and his wealthy experience in the music industry with him.”

Plantinga comments: “I have followed Agents After All from their start in 2004. The company stands in the middle of the music world through their activities in management, publishing, syncs, label services, booking, programming and promoting artists and organising big events.”

Plantinga begins as managing director in April 2019.

Agents After All offers management support and promotes concerts and festivals across Holland. The promoter’s festivals include Concert at Sea, which sold out in under two hours this year. Concert at Sea (40,000-cap.) is a three-day music festival taking place from 28 to 29 June, in Zeeland, south-west Holland.
