Experienced venue manager Daniel Bei has been appointed managing director of Ticketmaster Italy.

Bei joins Ticketmaster – which launched in Italy in November 2017, following its entry into Switzerland, Czech Republic and Poland – from World Trade Centre Italy, where he was involved in the management of venues including the Milan Forum (12,700-cap.) and Bologna Sports Palace (5,721-cap.).

He was also previously GM of Forest National (8,400-cap.) in Brussels, and spearheaded the creation of Palais 12 (15,000-cap.), one of the largest indoor venues in Belgium.

“I am very proud to join the global leader in live entertainment ticketing”

Mark Yovich, president of Ticketmaster International, says: “Daniel comes to us with incredible standing and experience in the Italian market. His knowledge of this key territory, the sixth-biggest live music market, is second to none. We’re very happy to welcome him to the Ticketmaster family to help us strengthen our continued expansion across Europe.”

“I am very proud to join the global leader in live entertainment ticketing, with the most innovative ticketing solutions on offer,” adds Bei. “Italian fans are very passionate, and I look forward to providing them with the world-class service they deserve.”
