Joel Roman has joined ICM Partners as an agent in the music department, based in the agency’s Century City, Los Angeles, offices.

Roman will focus on creating opportunities for ICM’s music clients in ancillary areas such as film, TV, gaming, branding and digital platforms, and vice versa with clients in other divisions. He joins ICM after six years at Paradigm, where he similarly worked on crossover opportunities for artists, and before that spent 21 years running the soundtrack/crossover department at William Morris Endeavor.

“Joel brings another client-centric service to our agency in an area that is of tremendous interest to our clients,” say ICM music department heads Steve Levine, Rob Prinz and Mark Siegel in a joint statement. “His proven track record over an extended period of time makes him a perfect fit for us as we continue to rapidly and strategically grow our music and concerts division.”

ICM’s music roster includes Celine Dion, the Beach Boys, Barry Gibb, Anderson Paak, Dave Stewart, the Skins, Little Simz and Mike Will Made It.
