Event infrastructure supplier eps has bolstered its international financial control team with three new appointments.

Alice Kentenich has been appointed head of finance/controlling at the company’s German subsidiary, eps gmbh, where she will be responsible for “all financial and controlling aspects” of its business, including monthly and annual financial statements and budgeting.

Olga Sarman and Katharina Wilk, meanwhile, join parent company eps holding gmbh’s group finance team.

“With the strong growth of the eps group in the last few years, emphasis on accounting and controlling has increased”

Martin Dötterl, CFO and managing director at eps holding gmbh, comments: “With the strong growth of the eps group in the last few years, emphasis on accounting and controlling has increased. We welcome Alice Kentenich, Olga Sarman and Katharina Wilk to the team, who will join their efforts to complete these tasks.”

The company in April launched a UK business to supply its products, including roadway, fencing and barrier systems, to British promoters and customers.
