Music entrepreneur Rob Walker, best known as the former manager of Pharrell Williams and The Neptunes, has joined United Talent Agency (UTA)’s New York office as an agent.

In addition to managing The Neptunes, Walker (pictured) co-founded the Star Trek label with Williams, fellow Neptune Chad Hugo and Sean ‘Puff Daddy’ Combs, and helped launch the Billionaire Boys Club/Ice Cream clothing lines with Williams and Japanese designer Nigo.

At UTA, he will focus on “establishing new partnerships across all areas of entertainment and building new businesses around” its US clients, which include Guns N’ Roses, Mariah Carey and DJ Khaled.

“Rob is an established voice in the intersection of music, culture and brands, and his expertise and skill set will enhance our ability to create and seize new opportunities for artists,” says UTA CEO Jeremy Zimmer.
