There are no shortage of music festivals taking place in the UK over the last weekend of July – Kendal Calling, Camp Bestival, Womad – but those who desire an event where musicians share top billing with cheesy Italian flatbreads now have a festival to call their own: MySliceFest.
Promoted by Xclusivetouch, MySliceFest will take place for the first time on Saturday 30 July in Wembley Park, London (pictured), and combine a line-up that includes DJ Luck and MC Neat, DJ Rugrat and Ministry of Sound resident Martin 2 Smoove with “some of the craziest pizzas imaginable”.
Expect waffle pizza, popcorn pizza, pizza cones, dessert pizza, pizza cupcakes and a VIP area overseen by Camden restaurant Gilgamesh (serving pizza, presumably).
Xclusivetouch is hoping for an attendance of “up to 10,000”.
