Nocturnal Tour Management's Mattie Evans and Rooted Touring's Amy Vince have joined forces

Independent British tour production companies Nocturnal Tour Management and Rooted Touring have merged to form Nocturnal Touring and Rooted Productions (NTRP).
Nocturnal Tour Management’s Mattie Evans and Rooted Touring’s Amy Vince will become co-directors of the new company, which they describe as “the biggest combined electronic music touring and production company in the UK”.
“Amy and I have known each other for a very long time,” Evans tells IQ. “We both run very similar companies – with mine offering more of a production element and tour/production management on the ground for artists, and Amy’s an in-house travel agency and advancing facilities – so we decided it would be a great idea to come together to form a 360° company that incorporates everything that our artists need, from travel, production and visas right through to show designs, etc.

Vince, whose clients included Nero, Adam Beyer and Maya Jane Coles, is also a licensed travel agent.
“I think the merger has brought us a much wider artist range within the dance scene,” says Evans, [with NTRP] now covering multiple genres, which I always wanted to happen. This helps us as a company show that we can adapt to many different artists needs and styles within the scene.”
NTRP will this year provide tour support for dance DJs and bands including Sigma, Knife Party, Gorgon City, Disciples, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike.
Evans’s immediate focus is on NTRP’s new touring app, which will launch this spring. “We are hoping that this will eradicate the need for PDFs,” he says, “and will help artists have the ability to have all the information they need at the touch of a button, streamlining the whole process. We are very excited about this and can’t wait to launch the final update in April.”
